How do I participate in the Lotteries?

On the appointed draw date, the draws are declared by administrator. If you won any prizes, the ticket numbers and the prizes you won will be displayed against the lottery name in your My Account section.

How do I claim the prizes?
When you win any prizes, the site administrator will contact you by email on your registered email address. You will be mailed your prizes to the mailing address provided during your registration process. Please be sure that you have compelted this form with the correct details at all times.

How much time does it take for my prize to reach me?
Prizes are mailed out within one week of the draw. Depending on your geographic location, the mail will reach you anytime between 4 to 6 weeks from the date of mailing.

What are carry forward prizes?
In the rare event that there are no winners for any given draw, the prize money for that draw is carried forward to the next draw. This is added to the Jackpot for that draw. Other prize amounts remain the same.
